Production Supervisor

!

Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday for overtime supervision

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Planning, organizing, and supervising daily scheduled production. Ensure required supervision documents are completed timely and accurately and that through employees in the work area or areas deemed responsible that all documents are completed accurately. Monitor and/or control quality and production levels. Investigate occurrences, timely accident and or investigative reports, first aid reports, and all follow-up in such matters to closure.

What are we looking for?

Post-Secondary or equivalent work experience, safety, quality, and leadership courses either internal or external. 5 or more years in a supervisory or lead hand position, Experience in the automotive background is an asset Preferably a stamping and assembly experience. Knowledge of internal Health and Safety Policy and/or Occupational Health & Safety Act. Proven leadership ability

Pay: $59,156.80-$70,036.93 per year
