Production Supervisor (ft)

Job Description
This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for supervising all aspects of production. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with the ability to multitask effectively and develop plans of action to improve productivity. The successful candidate will also have experience overseeing team members and a willingness to take initiative in solving problems by discovering possible alternative solutions. This position consists of 4 ten hour days.
