Supervisor / Line Lead (Food Production)

Location:

Mississauga, ON

Shift:

Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Pay Rate:

$21-$22 per hour

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Supervisor / Line Lead

for a food manufacturing company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in food production and be able to supervise daily operations, lead staff, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead production line workers during the morning shift Ensure daily production targets, quality, and safety standards are met Assign tasks, train new workers, and monitor team performance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (GMP & food safety compliance) Report production issues, downtime, or shortages to management Perform basic documentation, checklists, and shift reports Support continuous improvement and resolve minor production line issues

Requirements

food production or food manufacturing experience

REQUIRED Experience as a

Line Lead / Supervisor / Team Lead

preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to start at 7:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

Work Location: In person
