JOB TITLE : Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

Coordinate the activities if his/her shift teams with the other shifts.
Meet the performance objectives for his/her shift.
Meet the quality objectives for his/her shift.
Ensure the necessary support to his/her shift teams.
Ensure the conformity of the reports issued on his/her shift.
To carry through projects.
Coordinate personnel evaluation in collaboration with the team leaders.
Participate in the application of work relation rules in collaboration with Human Resources department and the team leaders.
Participate in the application of the health and safety rules at work in collaboration with the team leaders and the Human Resources department.
Participate in the department committee meetings.
Perform all other tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Education :

Possess a degree, diploma or other title sanctioning a University, College, or technical formation, in related work discipline.
At least 2 years relevant experience.
Experience of 1 year in management personnel.
Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position with 2 years in the pharmaceutical.

Skills/Qualifications :

Trial period : 6 months
