What You'll Get To Do:Supervise and lead the workforce to achieve maximum production capability Monitor operations to meet pre-established production and quality standards Promote participation and ensure compliance with Group safety policies and procedures Coordinate with the maintenance department to investigate equipment failures and resolve issues as required Coordinate shift activities with other supervisors to increase continuity of operations

Who we are looking for:Ability to supervise and troubleshoot different kinds of technical, operational, quality and environmental issues Working knowledge and technical understanding of cement manufacturing process and its equipment, process control systems, and lab systems Understanding of the chemistry of raw mix, clinker, and cement Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays and overtime as required Extensive plant/industrial knowledge - cement manufacturing background is desired

Work Environment:Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels
