## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications
- Train, mentor, and motivate employees to meet performance goals
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
## Experience
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of quality control principles and health & safety regulations
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory management systems
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
