Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fruit processing facility in the United States. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards aligned with our company's mission.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor. Ensure safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment. Manage and train team members to optimize productivity. Oversee equipment operation, including forklifts and power tools. Monitor production metrics and implement improvements. Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse. Collaborate with quality assurance to meet product standards. Report on production performance to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing or factory supervision. Ability to operate forklifts and power tools safely. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Familiarity with assembly lines and warehouse operations. Previous experience in fresh fruit processing is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
