Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production supervisor to oversee evening operations at our growing facility. You'll lead a dynamic team, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise will guide the assembly line, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of safety and teamwork. This role is ideal fopr a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, ensure safety and keep production running smoothly.

What you'll do

Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. track shift performance and report to management. Ensure daily targets, quality and safety standards are met. Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Improves processes, reduce wastage and encourage cross training. Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Must have a valid forklift license with experience in sit down counterbalance propane. Strong leadership and problem solving ability. High school diploma or equivalent.

Candidate must be able to work full time for any employer in Canada.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
