Job description
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to work at a multinationale company in Boucherville effective immediately.
Job responsibilities
- Report to the plant manager
- Schedule production
- Transmit to his team the production objectives
- Team supervision on his dedicated shift
- Apply security procedures with his team
- Check that quality standards are respected
- Live production monitoring to ensure objectives are met
- Identify and resolve production efficiency issues
- Develop continuous improvement projects on production lines
- Integrate and train new employees
- Perform other tasks related to the job post
- Organized and good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a supervision position
- French native speaker - English
- Bachelor in industrial engineering
