BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. Headquartered in Abbotsford, BC, our third generation, family-owned business is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.


The Supervisor provides leadership to the Operations Leads and works closely with the Manager and other stakeholders to deliver results through a high-performing team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a positive and results-driven attitude, and balances operational execution with continuous improvement and safety.

This is a AM Shift position with the hours being Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Requirements

Lead, coach, mentor, and train Lead Hands to drive results and hold team members accountable. Champion change and continuous improvement through daily problem-solving and proactive initiatives. Execute against key deliverables, targets, and performance indicators. Plan and allocate resources on a daily and weekly basis to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Support the Manager with day-to-day operational needs, including timecard approvals, scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure while driving change. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety and a "safety-first" mindset. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with MS Office and other basic computer applications. Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and repetitively. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Equipment operation experience (forklift, tugger, etc.) is an asset.
