5-7 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a food/beverage production or manufacturing environment.
Familiar at leading a large team of 20-30 employees.
Familiar working with progressive production practices and methods.
Good knowledge of production systems and operational methods.
Experienced working with lean and continuous improvements (nice-to-have).
Strong track record as a change leader, pushing change and new procedures and policies.
Familiar at working under pressure and tight schedules.
