Hours:

3:30 PM - 2:00 AM


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role requires comfort with manual labor, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a strong commitment to teamwork and quality. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the production line to ensure an on-time startup. Clean designated components of the production line as directed by Operating Leads. Stack and package finished products efficiently and accurately. Monitor product quality continuously and report any defects to Leads and the Process Improvement team. Track and report packaging material needs to Operating Leads and Section Supervisors. Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures. Follow the established production cleaning schedule. Promptly report maintenance issues to Operating Leads. Comply with all Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Observe assigned break and rotation schedules. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment preferred. Basic computer literacy. Professional demeanor when interacting with team members and visitors. Forklift license and experience are considered assets. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Language Requirements:

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and use hands for extended periods. Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. Must pass a medical fitness assessment. Fine motor skills required for tasks such as keyboarding.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting with varying noise levels (moderate to high). Must be able to wear required PPE, including respirators, hazmat suits, safety glasses, and gloves. Exposure to airborne particles (dust, organic materials). * Temperature fluctuations depending on weather conditions.
