for our print and apparel department. This is a

hands-on role in production

, not design-only.

Must have real shop experience and be ready to work.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment Run

DTF printer + heat press

jobs Set up and run

embroidery machine jobs

Perform

vinyl cutting, weeding, and pressing

Assist with

laser engraving

Accurate

job setup using Adobe Illustrator

Quality-check products before packaging Follow production workflow and deadlines Maintain clean, organized work area

Must Have Experience In (minimum 3):

Adobe Illustrator

(required - must be comfortable setting up files)

DTF printing & transfers

Heat pressing

Embroidery machine operation

(Tajima, Ricoma, Barudan, etc.)

Vinyl cutting + weeding

Laser engraving

Large format printing

(banners, signs, decals)

No beginners. No training from scratch. Must have real shop experience.

Qualifications

Adobe Illustrator proficiency is mandatory

1-2 years

production experience

(print or apparel shop) Strong attention to detail & quality control Able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and responsible Good problem-solving skills

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, in-person (Mississauga) Monday to Friday
