Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a factory setting to effectively manage assembly line operations and meet production targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities will be to support product development, coordinate with teams to manage project timelines and budgets, ensure product quality, and facilitate communication between departments to ensure the successful launch of products and their performance in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree Minimum 10 years experience managing a custom manufacturing plant, and in a custom electric sign shop. Strong communication (both verbal and written), detail-orientation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Able to read fabrication drawings and understand the manufacturing process, including welding, painting, assembly, and mechanical and electrical work. Bilingual (French-English)

Organizational and problem solving. Expected to work in conjunction with other management personnel (project manager, procurement manager, production manager) Prioritizing tasks and delegating them efficiently to keep projects on track. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges to ensure smooth progress. Be versatile, independent, and resourceful with excellent leadership skills. Have -interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Have a good capacity to manage stress and work under pressure. Must be able to prepare schedules for each department that meet the company's output quotas. Must be able to report to senior management and provide ongoing feedback, report any difficulties or issues in the production process.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
