Responsibilities

Enter and process Sales and Purchase Orders Order entry process includes verifying the part number, price and quantity available, as well as sending order acknowledgements. Communicate with Customers, Sales and Logistics teams as required. Schedule truck base on sales orders. Production planning, work order management. Reception duties as required - Greet guests, receive and respond to emails and phone calls. Other projects as requested by Materials Manager.

Skills

Experience with ERP system NetSuite is preferred. Experience with MRP systems and supply chain management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with attention to detail for data analysis and problem-solving. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and conveying scheduling information clearly.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
