We're seeking an experienced

Production Planner

with strong

NetSuite ERP

expertise to join our Operations team. This role ensures production runs efficiently, inventory stays balanced, and customer demand is met -- all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly

production schedules

based on forecasts, orders, and capacity. Plan and release

Work Orders

in

NetSuite ERP

, ensuring all raw materials and packaging are available. Maintain accurate

Bills of Materials (BOMs)

, routings, and recipes for production. Monitor progress of active work orders, updating schedules to reflect changes in demand or capacity. Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure timely material flow. Manage

WIP and backflush transactions

in NetSuite to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. Analyze production data, including yields, variances, and efficiency metrics. Support the implementation of

NetSuite routings, WIP, and manufacturing workflows

. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production and ERP processes.

Qualifications

3-5 years

of production planning experience in

food manufacturing

or a similar industry.

2+ years

of hands-on experience with

NetSuite ERP

(Manufacturing & Inventory modules). Strong understanding of

WIP, routings, BOMs, and batch processing

. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data-driven reports. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
