Summary

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to join our team in the Fraser Valley. Based in Rosedale, BC . The Planner/ Scheduler is responsible for the development and maintenance of Master production Schedules, Takt Schedules with lean focus while ensuring resources are used in the best possible manner.

Responsibilities:

Maintain all schedules in Production Control Maintain the Production Status board Maintain the Syspro build schedule Configure and control the Manufacturing Bill of Materials Produce and control kitting lists, drawings and other documentation to Production Support Parts Sales with creation of work orders and production of parts Understand Production's capacity to determine manufacturing needs and requirements Prepare Production Reports for the department's performance Be a proactive liaison with all departments when planning and scheduling new products Conduct additional tasks as requested

Qualifications

Completion of High School Some college/ vocational training 3-5+ years experience in Manufacturing

Specific Skills:

Establish work priorities. Ensure deadlines are met Demonstrate a high level of understanding of blue print reading, materials requirements and manufacturing procedure Sound experience with MRP Sound experience and understanding in supply chain activities Firm knowledge of manufacturing processes and timelines Manufacturing decisions based on capacities and constraints Solid understanding of ERP systems (Syspro)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
