We are looking for a :

Production planner







Responsibilities:



Analyze sales opportunities and participate in the development of the production plan; Maintain and adjust the production plan based on sales forecasts, factory capacity, and raw material lead times; Determine manufacturing priorities and determine work order requirements; Ensure that the necessary materials are available for production (Clear to build); Communicate daily with other departments and management to report delays and schedule adjustments; Provide accurate commitment dates to internal requesters; Maintain and optimize planning parameters in the ERP system; Be able to develop planning tools.

Qualifications:





5-10 years of experience in a similar position; Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders; Proficiency in integrated ERP and Excel systems (advanced); Ability to work rigorously while maintaining a flexible and proactive approach; Leadership and strong priority management skills; Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; Experience in a high-tech or telecommunications company (an asset). * College diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in operations management (an asset).
