WHAT TO EXPECT

The incumbent will report directly to the Planning Department Manager and will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the production schedule of track assemblies and components.

Here\'s an overview of your tasks:

• Establish the production plan according to the needs
• Analyze and address capacity increase needs to certain stakeholders, if any, to meet the established production plan;
• Open manufacturing orders in the ERP system
• Maintain and adjust the manufacturing and assembly plan in the ERP system
• Follow up on the progress of the production
• Communicate customer delivery dates to Customer Service based on part availability and/or planned future production dates
• Follow up on possible issues with the purchasing and supply team
• Analyze change requests from the Engineering, Quality or Industrial Engineering team and apply them to the impacted products
• Any other related tasks deemed relevant

WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor\'s degree in administration/operations management/logistics or related experience
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience and knowledge in planning in the manufacturing environment
• Analytical mind, Autonomous, Pro-active, Customer oriented, Solution oriented and team player
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and an ERP system
• Intermediate level of English
