The Role: Production Planner

Together, let's open the doors to the future! ?

In this key role, you'll be at the heart of planning and overseeing production. Your mission will be to coordinate the flow of products through the complete manufacturing cycle and ensure on-time customer deliveries, while also managing inventory.

What your day will look like:

Analyze incoming sales orders to determine product requirements Plan and coordinate production flow to optimize lead times Work closely with the procurement specialist to ensure timely delivery of required parts Implement a

"pull" production schedule

driven by customer demand Monitor material supply and anticipate shortages or bottlenecks Use the ERP system to manage BOMs, products, and items, ensuring automatic generation of work orders and purchase suggestions Track material consumption and ensure adherence to the production schedule

What we're looking for:

Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of ECN change management Strong understanding of

lean manufacturing

, quality control, and SOPs Advanced knowledge of ERP or MRP systems, with expertise in BOMs, item levels, and product management Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings A strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and interpret trends and data Strong written and verbal communication skills in at least one official language
