Job Description
Where we need you
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of various machines/equipment (extrusion lines, mill/planer, saws, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders, CNC, HMI)
- Responsible for set up
- Quality control
- Basic housekeeping
- Trouble shooting
- Previous manufacturing experience would be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Forklift experience and certification would be an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Permanent, Full Time Position
- 12 hr continental shifts, rotation from days/nights, every 4 weeks, hours are 7 - 7
- Averaging agreements in place
- 84 hrs biweekly
- with opportunity for OT
