Position Overview:

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for production employees (cross functional mixers and line operators) to join our team. Responsibilities involve maintaining a clean and safe work area and working to meet quality and production quotas.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a commitment to product quality Demonstrates good safety practices, procedures, and ethics Demonstrates good cooperation with coworkers and management Demonstrates good time-management and schedule compliance Align with plan as instructed by shift team lead

Qualifications:

Successful Production Workers will possess:


Ability to work shift work, 12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts, if required Good punctuality and attendance Able to stand for extended periods of time, and has good hand dexterity Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset) WHMIS training is provided Ability to bend and kneel on a regular basis, and to climb and descend set of 15 stairs regularly Ability to lift and pour raw material pails weighting 25kgs Ability to count, measure, and operate a timer
