Production clerk position in Lachine - Direct hiring by the company - Competitive salary

We are searching for production operator, in a company specialize in nutritional products and who is located in Lachine, is looking for several day laborers for permanent positions. In addition, the company is planning several salary increases, below are the details:

Salary:
- Your starting salary including premiums starts at $22
- Salary increase in December 2022 to $22.41 (This includes premiums)
- Salary increase in December 2023 to $28.25 (This includes premiums)

Schedule (12h shift):
- 1st week, you have 4 days off (Monday to Thursday) and working 3 days (Friday to Sunday) day shift from 7pm to 7am (36 hours)
- 2nd week, you have 3 days off (Monday to Wednesday) and working 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) day shift from 7pm to 7am (40hrs paid at regular time + 8h paid at time and a half)

Responsibilities
- Obtain the parts necessary to carry out the change on the designated machine.
- Installation of new parts in the machine. Carry out necessary and required adjustments with precision and thoroughness.
- Change the machine parameters if necessary in order to optimize the performance of the machine.
Always notify the shift supervisor of various changes
- Loading of the packaging material according to the instructions.
- Product verification and detection in order to detect defective products.
- Scan equipment and manage inventory within the department.
- Verification of the quality of codes, packaging and closure of containers to ensure a good product for the customer and to respect internal quality standards.

Qualifications
- Be able to work with computerized equipment
- Have a foolproof concentration
- Possess good coordination and manual dexterity
- Able to work in a high speed environment and be a team player
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Experience in production or in a manufacturing environment (asset)
- Good Manual Dexterity
