Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Production Operator & Delivery Driver to join our team at Sprout Therapy & Bar Jus. This is a dual-role position that combines hands-on production work with delivery duties. You will be an integral part of our mission to deliver premium products to our valued customers.

Sprout Therapy delivers premium cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices.

Bar Jus delivers fruit juices, ready-to-drink non-alcoholic beverages, Canadian non-alcoholic cocktails, non-alcoholic beers, non-alcoholic ciders, craft sodas, and more!

What You'll Do:

Production Operator Responsibilities:

- Be at the heart of production--create fresh, pure juices and unique beverages in a hands-on, supportive environment

- Operate juice production equipment to craft fresh fruit and vegetable juices

- Prepare and process fresh fruits and vegetables according to our quality standards

- Monitor production equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance

- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

- Quality check finished products to ensure consistency and excellence at every step

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

- Maintain a clean and organized production workspace

- Document production batches and inventory levels

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

- Join delivery routes: serve local homes, businesses, restaurants, bars, and caterers as a relief driver

- Safely and efficiently deliver fresh juices and beverages to customers on scheduled routes

- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles

- Maintain delivery vehicles and perform routine inspections

- Verify accuracy of delivery orders before departure

- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery locations

- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally

Who You Are:

- Reliable, positive, and excited to learn

- Able to lift 50-80lbs, work in cool/wet environments, and stand for long shifts

- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Qualifications (REQUIRED):

- Valid driver's license

- Heavy lifting ability (50-80 lbs)

- Attention to detail

- Time management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members

- Professional communication and customer service skills

- Reliability and punctuality

- Ability to work in cool and wet production environments

- Ability to stand for extended shifts

Qualifications (PREFERRED but not required):

- Food production or beverage preparation experience

- Commercial driving experience

Shifts: 4-10 hour shifts, Facility operates 6:00am-12:00am
