What You'll Do



The Production Operator plays a key role in the production of Side Launch products at our Collingwood brewery. This role supports brewing, packaging, and warehouse operations to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:



Support brewing by following recipes, instructions, and training to brew, transfer, and check product Routinely complete sanitation and cleaning schedules for the brewing and packaging departments Supporting the packaging department by operating and conducting quality checks on the canning and kegging lines Perform routine maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and housekeeping in all brewery production areas Perform routine testing and analysis of brewing and packaging in-process samples and finished products for tests outlined in mandatory programs Work within compliance with environmental and health and safety guidelines. Daily data entry and record-keeping responsibilities Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For



A passion for brewing and an interest in beer and how it's created Previous knowledge of the brewing or packaging process in a brewery is an asset Diploma or Bachelors Program in Brewing Science, Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or Biochemistry is preferred Strong verbal and written communication Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Desire to learn, grow, innovate, and participate in continuous improvement of skills and department goals and procedures The ability to self-motivate, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively

What to Expect



May need to lift items weighing up to 25kg Work in a fast-paced environment Requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, and twisting Must be of legal drinking age
