Role Purpose: Provides support to assure the accurate, timely and quality delivery of components to customers. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Understand all requirements for Personal Protective Equipment, machine guarding, and other safety requirements; and comply with each applicable to position assigned. \xc2\xb7 Review all customer guidelines for quality and special conditions for supply of production components. Maintain ongoing understanding of all changes to and/or updates to production processes and customer specifications. \xc2\xb7 Complete manufacturing assembly utilizing standardized work. \xc2\xb7 Assist other manufacturing colleagues as needed to complete customer orders. \xc2\xb7 Maintain work area to 5S standards for organization, housekeeping and inspection. Assist colleagues as needed to support 5S. \xc2\xb7 Be actively involved with Continuous Improvement Program and participate in Kaizen events as scheduled. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Must be able to stand on feet for 8 or more hours. \xc2\xb7 Must have ability to use both hands for assembling product. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work overtime as needed. \xc2\xb7 Good Attendance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $16.70-$19.25 per hour Benefits:
