As an Automation Operator, you will operate semi- and fully-automatic assembly cells to ensure efficient production. Responsibilities include maintaining machine hoppers, performing quality testing, monitoring production processes, troubleshooting faults, and packaging products to customer specifications. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Sustain production based on work orders and machine targets
Operate automated assembly cells and keep machine hoppers filled with components
Conduct visual inspections and quality testing to standard requirements
Troubleshoot machine faults and escalate issues when needed
Complete production and quality documentation, including traceability logs
Package finished products according to customer specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment through housekeeping duties
Work with team members to achieve quality production and timely delivery
Education & Skills Required
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Standing and walking for continuous periods
