Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production & Operations Team Member to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position that involves assembly, inspection, and precision work in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble custom window coverings (roller shades, zebra shades, etc.) according to work orders. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship. Perform detailed and repetitive tasks with precision and consistency. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines. Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and packaging. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals and timelines.
Qualifications:

High attention to detail and manual dexterity for fine assembly work. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently or as part of a small team. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar production work is an asset (but not required -- we provide training). Must be reliable and punctual.
