Position Overview
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Miner is responsible for:
- Operate haulage ore truck and LHD/tramming it to designated ore pass / dump hole
- Other duties as required such as operation of LHD, and support work for the production team
- Working Schedules include days and afternoons
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- Full Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core
- At least 2 years heavy equipment operating experience
- At least 2 years underground experience
- Tolerance for working at depth in warm conditions
- The following license\'s will be considered assets: 30 ton truck or more, scoop, rock breaker and tractor
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
