Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within our window manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves planning workloads, managing resources, coaching the production team, and ensuring on-time product delivery. Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute all production activities to meet delivery and quality goals. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage inventory and resource allocation for efficient production flow. Lead, mentor, and train production staff to encourage continuous improvement. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow. Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Assist in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or a related leadership role within a production environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Effective communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions. Familiarity with manufacturing software systems and MS Office applications. Nice-to-have skills include problem-solving abilities, adaptability in fast-paced settings, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
