Key Responsibilities include:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the daily production process Manage and optimize workflow to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards Troubleshoot obstacles and challenges and provide guidance on possible solutions. Lead, motivate and support production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Identify and manage production risks or bottlenecks. Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics team to ensure materials are available. Communicate any potential drawing or design changes with Mechanical Designer to ensure accurate information is available for the production team. Track progress and communicate with senior management. Promote a safe working environment. Assist with training employees on tools and procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Operate with transparency and earn trust at all levels through communication and actions.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing facility environment with hands-on involvement. Strong time management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and precision. Deep knowledge of production management, construction principles and processes. Strong Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical proficiency with power tools, hand tools and other equipment. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical and isometric drawings.
