Job Description
We are looking for a production Manager who has done some level of production managing at a home service company in the past.
We are building the largest residential exterior cleaning company in Canada and we need someone to help us build out our production team at our Victoria Location.

Role
:- Manage technicians in the field
- Make sure charge rates get hit.
- Customers are happy.
- Production KPI's are being tracked and hit.
- Everything is getting done in the field that needs to be done.
- Working directly with owner to build a massive company with huge upside.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
