Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, with expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Duties

Lead and manage the production team to achieve operational goals and targets. Implement and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize SAP and ERP systems to manage resources effectively and streamline processes. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability and efficient inventory management. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve assembly processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team participation in problem-solving activities. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in manufacturing and safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in a production management role within a cabinet manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies. Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain management practices. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to production equipment is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive process improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
