is commencing a search for a service-oriented

Production Manager

to join our leadership team (Petrolia, Ontario).

About You:

You have a passion for production management, build solid business relationships and are looking for your next professional challenge. Displaying effective leadership, communicating effectively, and fostering accountability and alignment are important for you.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will manage and oversee all daily manufacturing operations and be tasked with meeting operational and production KPI's by effectively:

Leading cross-functional teams (manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance) to meet company goals

Managing production scheduling, training, hiring, and performance evaluations

Overseeing health and safety compliance, incident investigations, and facilitate safety meetings

Maintaining quality control processes and ensure products meet internal and customer standards

Qualifications:

5+ years managing a production facility with lean manufacturing experience

Skilled in supervising and coaching staff

Technical post-secondary education preferred

Proficient in MS Office, with First Aid/CPR and JHSC certification

Knowledge of Ontario Labour Standards and strong organizational skills

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing deadlines

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
