We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our Cabinet manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Implement and monitor production metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and optimize inventory levels. Utilize ERP systems to manage resources effectively and streamline operations. Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee product standards are met consistently. Provide training and support to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production management. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes. Proficiency in ERP systems is highly desirable. Experience with quality control methodologies and practices. Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and MRP systems. Demonstrated ability in process improvement techniques, particularly within Lean manufacturing frameworks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving operational goals. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in problem-solving scenarios.
