Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our team. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving productivity in the shipping department focusing on quality, packaging and efficiency. This individual will be very high energy, with a positive goal-driven attitude and the ability to lead a team and keep the flow moving throughout the day. This position requires exceptional time management skills, computer skills, the ability to mentor & motivate a team of 6+, follow processes, and work well as liaison with other departments. We are seeking someone who can diarize and reprioritize tasks as needed, has a high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality. Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the shipping and quality check process - Meet or exceed company goals and targets on a regular basis, while leading your team to also strive to exceed our goals. - Mentor staff, jump in and take the lead and cover staff absences as required, which will involve working overtime at times. - Continue to develop and implement processes & procedures that will improve productivity. - Skills: - Proven experience in leadership, with success with exceeding goals -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively present and demonstrate tasks and mentor staff - High energy, with a positive attitude, enabling the individual to increase productivity and push for new goals, with a growth mentality - Positive attitude & team player are required. - Commitment to the company and team, requiring flexibility in working hours. - Forklift experience, employer is willing to train but this role must be willing and able to run a forklift. - Physically fit, with the ability to package parts, be on your feet all day, and work in a fast-paced environment.

There will be pre-employment safety training and skills assessments required for the successful candidate. Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada, this is not a LMIA sponsored position.
