Job Opportunity
Our clean and modern Engine Repair & Overhaul facility is growing! We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full-time Production Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing production planning and driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Engine Product Lines and Reworks Department to ensure operational efficiency, schedule adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning
Develop, manage, and execute the production schedule using the company's ERP system.
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, addressing material shortages and adjust priorities as necessary to maintain timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Lead and participate in daily and weekly production meetings in coordination with the Director of Operations and Shop Supervisors.
Facilitate or contribute to kitting meetings, ensuring alignment of Outside Service Providers (OSPs) and OEMs to meet customer delivery targets.
Support the development of monthly revenue forecasts by customer unit.
Collaborate with Director of Operations to align production targets and company level strategic objectives.
Support internal/external audits and Root Cause Analysis within the production environment.
Recommend equipment, tooling or personnel resources to improve efficiency or meet demands.
Adherence to Transport Canada regulatory requirements, AS9110 industry standards and company policies.
Process Improvement
Promote and lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
Ensure procedures and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance.
Provide monthly project updates to management and departmental stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in production management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities.
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint).
Experience or familiarity with machine shop operations is considered an asset.
