Production Manager, Belledune, New Brunswick
The Production Manager is responsible for the overall safety, operation and performance of the mill.

What You'll Do
Maintain the highest standards for safety performance, leading with an impeccable personal example and a well communicated vision.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including the sawmill, planer and maintenance departments.
Establish and maintain quality and production standards for all departments
Maintain clear communication between internal staff and crew to facilitate optimum performance
What You Offer
Fluently bilingual in French & English (required)
6+ years of sawmill supervisory experience
Skilled in all phases of sawmill/planer operations with mechanical/electrical aptitude
Computer literate, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
