What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and team development
Who We are Looking For
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards
Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting. It requires regular presence on the production floor, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to respond to operational needs in real time.
