Maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and productivity, the Production Worker is responsible for the process control of the production and the quality of the finished product. You will also perform maintenance duties and make reports.

Responsibilities:

Worker will operate production machines to perform operations or produce parts

Sets up machines, loads raw material into machines, manually operates machines, and unloads finished product from machine
/li

li
Operator has control over product quality
/li

li
Good mechanical aptitude and skills are required
/li

li
Basic data entry and computer proficiency preferred
/li

li
Works from written or verbal instructions and general operating procedures, which requires the application of some judgment and selectivity
/li

li
Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
/li

Full shift flexibility is a must! This is a rotating shift between mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts

Strong motivation and excellent work ethic and discipline

Strong desire to learn in depth manufacturing process or at least have an experience in the manufacturing industry
/li

li
Safety minded - good in adhering to safety protocols, policies and procedures at all times
/li

li
Strong in manual dexterity - Can be able to stand and work 8 hours/ day for full time hours / week
/li

li
Able to operate and navigate around the internet/ intranet, basic Microsoft computer programs
/li

li
Must have reliable transportation
/li

Further additional qualifications:

Machine Operator experience is an asset

With Warehouse / Production Operator experience is a must

Must show proof of valid work eligibility in Canada

Proof of education (at least, HS diploma is required)
/li

We offer:
