Position Available: Production Line Supervisor
Key responsibilities:
Prioritize employee safety and well-being Coach, mentor, and motivate team to meet production targets Foster cross-functional relationships and promote best practices Lead safety and improvement meetings Oversee production-related tasks and ensure accuracy Operate equipment and train employees on safe use Drive continuous process improvements Actively engage with and work alongside your team daily
What you bring to the table:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and attention
to detail. You should have previous supervisory and mechanical aptitude to learn manufacturing
equipment operation with a passion for coaching and developing employees. A willingness to work
both day and night shifts, along with reliable transportation, is a must. While a post-secondary
education is an asset, we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the
company.
Starting Wage: $23.00
Location: 1948 Hammonds Plains Rd, NS
