Wage: $17.40/hour

Shift: Must be available Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends

Sun Processing is the distribution center for the Star Group based out of Surrey, BC. This facility has state of the art sorting lines, multiple packing machines, and superior conditioning rooms. Focus

We are looking for a Production Line Grader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and grading produce as it moves along the production line, ensuring quality and consistency.

Key Accountabilities:

• Inspect and grade fruits and vegetables for quality and standards.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout the grading process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma.

Working Conditions

• Hours may vary, potentially exceeding 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work weekends and potentially on statutory holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Capability to work in a cooler environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
