Exciting Opportunity: Production Lead

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the

Production Lead

plays a key role in supporting daily operations at our Kelowna facility. This position offers an opportunity to lead a small team in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

Shift Pattern:

Sunday - Thursday 10:00PM - 6:30AM

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting a production team to meet daily targets and performance goals Monitoring productivity, time management, and adherence to schedules Communicating with the Supervisor regarding performance, training, and production issues Mentoring and training new employees, providing on-the-job guidance and feedback Following and enforcing SOPs, safety policies, and GMP standards Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment as needed Providing performance input and participating in employee evaluations

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent Strong leadership and organizational skills; experience leading up to 15 staff Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and production processes (asset)
