Job Description

Join a small company that packages food products as a Lead Hand and work in a friendly environment. The Lead Hand will assist the Production Supervisor with daily operations ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Keep the production area clean, prepare machinery and equipment for daily use Work closely with production team members to ensure product quality Consistent speed and accuracy when working on production line Perform ongoing checks on production activities to ensure production procedures are followed and food safety standards are within compliance Ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed Ensure all company guidelines, GMP's, policies and other duties are followed and implemented as assigned Forklift experience with a valid license (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Strong organizational and communication skills Looking for a team player that is driven and reliable Physically fit and able to lift and carry up to and including 25kg Morning Shift, located in Mississauga Other duties as assigned
