Roles and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor the Lead Hand will be responsible for: Working closely with the Shift Supervisor to direct, organize, and coordinate the production activities to meet scheduled production volume requirements Continually strive to foster a safe and healthy team environment Assist in train new staff, and coaching existing Uphold the company values of family, quality, and innovation Qualifications and Experience English language skills - Ability to read & write, complete paperwork 1+ years Food production manufacturing experience Knowledge of food industry, HACCP Knowledge of food hygiene standards GMP Skills & Traits Attention to details Strong in organizing and priority setting Communication ability with superiors and subordinates Being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Values quality and safety Team player Sense of urgency Work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at one time Hours & Benefits Rotating Schedule, 12 hour shifts $19.75/hour Annual Boot allowance Group Health/Dental/Vision Benefits RRSP Company Gym Membership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.10 per hour Benefits:
