Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Lead. This position involves working closely with a team and taking on additional responsibilities such as:Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Forklift (SDCB & Reach) - Valid tickets required
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Create and manage scheduling for the team
- Conduct quality assurance checks
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required
- Perform other general warehouse and production duties as needed
- Receive training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & various products
- Bonus pay opportunities for Attendance, Quality, and Safety performance.
- Transit accessible location.
- Must have a valid work permit, Permanent Residency (PR), or Canadian citizenship.
- Valid forklift operation tickets (SDCB & Reach) are mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
