Production Foreman - Manufacturing Plant (Hadashville Area)
Full-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours/Week | Competitive Pay
Staffmax is hiring a Production Foreman for a busy manufacturing facility in the Hadashville area. We're looking for someone who knows their way around machinery, can solve problems on the fly, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise a small production team
Keep the plant running safely and efficiently
Check and confirm raw materials before they go into production
Make sure equipment is used and maintained properly
Track production numbers and complete shift reports
Watch for safety issues, including fire prevention and general workplace safety
Work hands-on with your crew and help where needed
What We're Looking For
Experience working in a plant or manufacturing environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a big plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable using basic computer programs (Windows, email, etc.)
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
