Production Field Administrator

Job Description


Our client, a major oil and gas company, is currently looking for a Production Field Administrator at their Grande Prairie office. This position is a full-time placement from Monday to Thursday, with weekly field visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update daily production volumes for the facility. Identify anomalies and implement changes as required.
  • Liaison with the measurement group, control room, and producers as needed.
  • Involved in the EPAP Audit Process as it applies to this position.
  • Perform daily confirmations required for gas scheduling \xe2\x80\x93 working under deadlines throughout the day.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain pipeline allocation accuracy during volumetric changes.
  • Assist with processing of invoices.
  • Interact monthly reports for tracking costs and schedule meetings to discuss results.
  • Assist with budget preparation and completion.
  • Fleet Management supporting the Simonette Gas Plant employees and monthly costs.
  • Play a lead role for Keyera\xe2\x80\x99s Operational Excellence program.
  • Ordering supplies, forms, and stationary.
  • Assist in company organized events off or on site.
  • Provide daily administrative support for the Management team.
Qualification
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a gas processing facility.
  • Passion for customer service with the ability to collaborate as a team member.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Post-Secondary Education in Accounting or Business is considered an asset.
  • Experience in production volume reporting and CSO experience is an asset.
  • Maximo 7.6 and PGAS or field production software experience would be an asset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience \xe2\x80\x93 tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated skillfulness in all areas of communication.
  • Team focused with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize time sensitive deadlines
