Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Production-Focused Engineering Professional
to join our manufacturing operation immediately. This role is ideal for someone who hasworked on the production floor
, understandsprocess flow, people management, and compliance
, and can take ownership ofday-to-day operations
in a regulated manufacturing environment.This is
not a desk-only role
. You will be actively involved in production planning, staff management, continuous improvement, customer coordination, and regulatory execution.Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize
daily production operations
Manage, train, and leadproduction staff
Improveprocess efficiency, throughput, and quality
Coordinate withcustomers and external partners
Ensure allregulatory and compliance requirements
are met and maintained Support audits, documentation, SOPs, and operational controls Troubleshoot production and equipment issues Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma principles preferred) Work closely with ownership and senior management on planning and executionRequired Qualifications
Engineering qualification
(Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related)Minimum 5 years of hands-on production experience
(mandatory) Background inautomotive manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or similar high-volume production facilities
Proven experiencemanaging production staff
Strong understanding ofmanufacturing workflows and KPIs
Excellent communication skills (internal team & external customers) Ability to work in aregulated environment
with documentation and compliance requirementsPreferred Experience (Strong Assets)
Experience in
regulated industries
(e.g., food, pharma, cannabis, medical devices, automotive quality systems) Knowledge ofLean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
Experience withSOP creation and implementation
Familiarity with audits and regulatory inspections Equipment optimization and production layout planningJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
