Pay Range: $98,590.00 - $131,449.99
The Production Engineer is responsible for providing the liaison between engineering/design, production, and sales functions. This position is primarily focused on the achievement of excellence in overall operations processes and problem resolution/creation of systematic long term solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Optimize new and existing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Responsible for checking and validating production shop drawings for fabrication. Provide training and oversight to junior engineers (E.I.T), interns, floor level operators and drafters. Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders to ensure constructability and feasibility of items being produced.

What Are We Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with EIT or P Eng. certification Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD). Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of related precast or other manufacturing experience.
